ALL PRESENTERS ARE BEING ASKED TO POST THEIR PRESENTATION MATERIALS AND OTHER CONTENT ON THIS SITE. A "GROUP" IS BEING SET UP FOR EACH SESSION BEING HELD AT THE CONFERENCE. THIS WILL ALSO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ONGOING DISCUSSIONS OF TOPICS RAISED AT THE CONFERENCE. CHECK BACK OFTEN FOR ADDED CONTENT.
